How do I delete my account?

Email support@heycala.app from the address you sign in with, and we will delete your account and everything in it within 30 days. You can delete individual notes the coach has kept at any time in the app.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email support@heycala.app and we will send it to you.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your iPhone’s Settings or in the Google Play app, under Subscriptions.

Is Cala a therapist or a financial adviser?

No. Cala is an AI business coach. It can help you think things through, but it is not professional legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
